Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for landscaping projects, design retainers and maintenance contracts engaged with Vruksha Urbanscapes LLP.

1. Design retainers

  • Cancellation before work begins — 100% refund minus a 5% admin fee.
  • Cancellation after concept design is delivered — 50% refund.
  • Cancellation after detailed design is delivered — non-refundable.

2. Execution projects

  • Booking advance is refundable in full if cancelled within 7 days of payment and before material procurement begins.
  • Once site mobilisation or plant procurement has started, refunds are limited to unutilised amounts after deducting cost of materials, labour, transport and a 10% project management fee.
  • Live plants, hardscape materials and custom-fabricated items are non-refundable once procured.

3. Annual maintenance contracts

AMC contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds are issued pro-rata for unutilised months, less a 10% administrative deduction.

4. How to request a refund

Email vrukshaurbanscapes@gmail.com with your project ID, invoice details, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Disputes

If you are unhappy with any service, please raise the concern within 7 days of completion so we may rectify the issue. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
