These Terms govern your use of the website and any services provided by Vruksha Urbanscapes LLP. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide landscape design, horticulture, plantation, hardscape execution and annual maintenance services. Detailed scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement are governed by a signed quotation or contract.
2. Quotations & estimates
Website pricing references and verbal estimates are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed only via a written quotation issued by an authorised representative.
3. Payments
Project payments are typically collected in milestones — booking advance, mobilisation, material procurement, completion, and post-handover maintenance. Specific terms are recorded in the project agreement.
4. Plant survival warranty
We provide a 30-day replacement warranty on plants installed by our team, provided the agreed maintenance protocol is followed. Damage caused by neglect, livestock, weather extremes, or third-party interference is excluded.
5. Site readiness & access
The client is responsible for providing safe site access, water and power connections, and any required permissions. Delays caused by site unreadiness may extend timelines and incur standby charges.
6. Intellectual property
All design drawings, renders, and proposals shared with you remain the intellectual property of Vruksha Urbanscapes LLP until full payment is received.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
